RN Coordinator - Overnight Shift |
Full-Time Schedule:
3x12s | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM |
Every Other Weekend & Holiday Job Type:
Full-Time St. Luke Lutheran Community - North Canton is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator to oversee care during our midnight shift . In this leadership role, you'll help ensure high-quality clinical care, provide supervision and support to our nursing team, and contribute to a positive and responsive environment for residents.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and coordinate nursing care during overnight hours Ensure nursing staff follow established protocols, standards, and care plans Provide direct nursing care and medication administration as needed Conduct assessments, participate in admissions, and review care plans Serve as a key point of contact for residents, team members, and clinical staff Monitor resident status, respond to concerns, and escalate issues to the Director of Nursing as necessary Participate in MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care team planning Support training and ongoing staff development
What We're Looking For:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio (required) Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (required) Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking abilities Comfortable using electronic documentation systems Reliable, organized, and proactive
