Responsibilities ✨ $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! ✨ Daily Pay Available Key Responsibilities Monitor patient conditions and assess individual care needs Observe, document, and communicate patient symptoms to physicians Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans Perform routine nursing procedures, including vital signs, injections, and documentation Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in compliance with health and safety standards Provide immediate care during medical emergencies Assist physicians and surgeons during procedures as needed Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants Offer compassionate support to patients and their families Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development Qualifications & Skills Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or equivalent) Proven experience as a Registered Nurse preferred Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and emergency care Thorough understanding of health, safety, and infection-control guidelines Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
