Your care provides reassurance to families and allows students to fully engage in their educational experience. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one nursing care to a medically fragile student Administer medications and medical interventions according to care plan Monitor health status and respond to illness or injury Support prevention of communicable diseases and maintain a healthy school environment Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers Maintain accurate health records and documentation Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and FERPA guidelines What We're Looking For Active Ohio LPN License (Required) Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Pediatric or school health experience preferred but not required Basic knowledge of medication administration and communicable disease prevention Current or willingness to obtainBLS / CPR
