At least 1 year long contract Job Summary Provides behavioral healthcare services, psychosocial interventions, counseling, assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation support to clients within the scope of practice. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling, education, and psychosocial interventions.

• Assess clients, develop treatment goals, and monitor progress and response to treatment.
• Interview clients and families to identify needs and establish treatment objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate follow-up services.
• Document social histories, admission/aftercare summaries, court documents, and other required records.
• Maintain accurate clinical data and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Participate in treatment teams, program development, staff meetings, training, and court hearings.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services with other facilities, agencies, and community resources.
• Evaluate cases and client progress as assigned.
• Maintain professional relationships and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Active
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• , plus either: Master's degree in Psychology or another mental health-related field;
• or•aster's degree in Nursing with a •Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing concentration•.

Additional Requirements

• Maintain licensure through required continuing education.
• Ability to work with sensitive or potentially challenging clients and respond appropriately to crisis situations.
• May require flexible schedules, travel to community sites, and exposure to noise, odors, contagious diseases, or potentially aggressive clients.
