OneStaff Medical is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care across diverse facilities nationwide. In this role, you'll assess patients, administer medications, coordinate care plans, and document in EHR systems while quickly adapting to new teams and environments. You'll educate patients and families, uphold infection control standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Document care accurately in EHR systems and maintain thorough clinical records Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge plans Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies at each assignment Rapidly adapt to new units, workflows, and clinical technologies Communicate clearly with staffing coordinators regarding schedules and assignments Support a positive, team-oriented culture in each facility you join Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation Required Skills Patient assessment IV insertion and management Medication administration Wound care Care planning and coordination Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Telemetry monitoring Infection control Patient and family education Emergency response/ACLS
