What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Candidate must possess:
Current RN Certification and all requirements by State and Federal Law Be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and TB Skin Test A positive attitude that enjoys communicating with Caregivers and Clients Patience and a Professional Demeanor Valid CPR and First Aid certifications. Experience with Dementia Care is a plus but not required Two references requiredCandidate Duties:
Perform client assessments as needed- each assessment earns an additional commission Perform background checks on current caregivers through public databases
- SAM Check, OIG Medicaid Exclusion, Abuser Registry OH, OH Offender Search, OH Sex Offender Check, Nurse Aide Registry, Provider Exclusion & Suspension List
- OH Medicaid Check Lead Caregiver Trainings as needed, using CareAcademy or other materials provided by the Agency About the
