Night Shift Nurse Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Night Shift Nurse to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents in a nursing home setting, promoting and restoring their health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care based on individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld Participate in care planning, team meetings, and shift reports Support residents' dignity and well-being through person-centered care

Requirements:

Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio (Required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for senior care and a commitment to excellence Dependable, dedicated, and ready to inspire
