Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to law Travel reimbursements (airfare, lodging, rental car, mileage) Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide post-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients Perform emergency surgeries as needed Take consults and referrals from ED, Cath Lab, and hospital providers Assist in surgeries, including vein harvesting and graft preparation Interpret tests and order diagnostic procedures Coordinate inpatient care and rounding Document thoroughly in Epic EMR system What You Need Valid Ohio RN or APRN license; Cardiothoracic experience preferred Ability to perform emergency procedures, including vein harvesting Strong clinical skills in inpatient/outpatient settings Excellent teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading facility in Springfield, Ohio, focusing on inpatient hospital-based care for adult and geriatric patients. The role involves collaborative care, emergency response, and surgical support within a Level 2 trauma environment. The position offers flexible scheduling with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes.
