Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Recent experience in a medical-surgical setting Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certifications Ability to safely manage nurse/patient ratios of 1:4, 1:5, or 1:6 Demonstrated proficiency in technical nursing skills and the nursing process Flexible with floating between inpatient care units, including stepdown, medical/surgical, emergency, and critical care environments Professional communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ongoing learning and contributing to the profession
