Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician-prescribed care plans . Monitor residents' conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team . Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.RN Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
