Join our healthcare partner in Washington Court House, OH, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care during the night shift. As a Staff RN, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care and developing individualized care plans Assessing patient conditions, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring outcomes Collaborating with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality care Delivering patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning Practicing within Ohio RN scope of practice and nursing standards Recognizing and responding to patient complications and changes in condition Supervising and delegating appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care Ensuring patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Reporting directly to the Department Manager with oversight from Nursing Leadership Requirements for this role include: Active RN license 3+ years of experience Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional nursing standards Nurse to patient ratio 1:5 or flexed to 1:6 Required certifications:

ACLS, BLS
