Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition, providing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in case management to facilitate effective patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with nursing home policies and regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Previous experience in a nursing home or hospital setting is preferred. Experience in senior care or working with geriatric populations is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation purposes such as Point Click Care.
