As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures. Your expertise in heart cath recovery, cardiac drips, and post-op open-heart care will be invaluable in ensuring the best outcomes for our patients. You will work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, supporting patients through their recovery journey. Provide comprehensive care to cardiac step-down patients, including heart cath recovery and post-op open-heart patients Administer and monitor cardiac drips and medications Float to other units as needed during low volumes or coverage crises Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation Comfortably care for ventilated patients if required Work every 3rd weekend and cover 1 holiday, with no regular on-call duties Need 3 years experience in cardiac step-down setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with Open-Heart and Epic EMR required Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
