We are seeking an exceptional Department Head of Nursing (DON) to join our dedicated team at Ardmore Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Responsibilities:

Lead by example , setting the standard for nursing excellence and guiding the nursing team to achieve exceptional outcomes Develop and implements nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care that align with company goals and regulatory requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient needs and satisfaction Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among all nursing staff Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction scores Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience) Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma Minimum 2 years of experience as a DON or Assistant DON Proven leadership and management skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching nursing staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
