Key responsibilities include:
Supervising care, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery. Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Serving as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrating patient milestones and recovery achievements.
Qualifications required:
Valid RN license as per state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification (preferred). One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred).
