Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel contract opportunity in Claremore, Oklahoma. This role requires a confident ER nurse who can assess and prioritize patients of all ages while responding quickly to trauma, medical emergencies, and rapidly changing clinical conditions. Responsibilities Assess and triage emergency patients, identify serious clinical changes, and prioritize care appropriately. Initiate emergency interventions when immediate physician support is not available. Operate and monitor emergency-care equipment including cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and pulse oximeters. Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory treatments, and other prescribed interventions. Coordinate and document patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Support safe, organized unit operations and appropriate staffing assignments. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience ; 5 years preferred. Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency-care environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet required background, drug-screen, and credentialing clearances.
