Job Summary Role:

Registered Nurse in Medical/Surgical unit, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.

Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care, collaborate with therapy teams, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain appropriate patient/nurse ratios and adhere to safety and clinical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have an accredited nursing degree, valid RN license, and relevant certifications including BLS and ACLS. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing various physical tasks.

Additional Requirements:

Obtain and maintain licensure per state regulations; acquire unit-specific certifications as needed.
