Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient assessments and nursing diagnoses Provide leadership and work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics Maintain professional nursing standards and practices Need 2 years experience in Med Surg setting Required certifications:
