Required:
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience (required, no exceptions) Active Oklahoma RN License — compact license accepted (must be active at time of submission) Active BLS — American Heart Association Active NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification Local candidates within 50 miles considered at a reduced rate
Duties:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized patient care plans Formulate nursing diagnoses and implement evidence-based interventions across the care continuum Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and patient care team personnel Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical setting Develop systems to provide safe, quality care to a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Monitor patient response to treatment, evaluate outcomes, and update care plans accordingly Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families throughout the care episode Document nursing care accurately per facility and regulatory standards Why Lawton, OK?
