This contract role focuses on delivering top-tier care in a 22-bed unit, where patient ratios typically remain at 1:4, occasionally reaching up to 1:6. The ideal candidate is adept at working with both adult and pediatric patients, providing comprehensive, compassionate support throughout their shift.

Schedule:

Four 10-hour day shifts weekly

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma or Compact state Minimum two years of recent RN experience, specifically in Med Surg settings Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Proven ability to care for pediatric patients Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
