Qualifications:

Active RN license with recent Med-Surg experience Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication abilities Strong teamwork and adaptability in rapidly changing clinical situations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide holistic nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a busy med-surg unit Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to treatment Implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Safely administer medications and treatments per established protocols Support patient recovery, mobility, and education on health maintenance Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient condition Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered care environment
