Role:

The RN Med Surg provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care by other caregivers.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications:

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), a valid RN license, and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS). Must complete hospital-specific competencies and in-services.
