Up to $10,000 relocation assistance for qualified candidates relocating 71+ miles Position Overview Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a medical unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals and supporting overall patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care using the nursing process. Assess patient needs while considering age, cultural, psychosocial, and clinical factors. Document patient care accurately using appropriate medical terminology. Monitor patient progress and address care goals. Support timely patient discharge, referrals, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Participate in quality improvement and educational activities. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care. Requirements Up to 6 months of related nursing experience. Graduate of an approved nursing program with a nursing diploma or degree. Valid Oklahoma RN license or eligible multi-state RN license. Knowledge of general disease-state management and clinical pathways. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively. Strong attention to detail when reviewing clinical and numerical data. Flexibility with scheduling is required due to the rural hospital environment. CA02

From $33.15 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
