Responsibilities Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient's conditions and care provided Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized health providers Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Prepare patients and assist with examinations or treatments Required Skills Strong clinical skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to think critically and solve problems Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records Strong organizational skills
