Epic Position Overview We are seeking an experienced LDRP Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract opportunity with Samaritan Health Services in Oregon. The SHS Valley Traveler Float Pool supports staffing across facilities in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon . The selected RN must be flexible and comfortable floating between multiple hospitals and points of care. A primary facility will generally be prioritized for most of the contract; however, assignments may change based on staffing needs. Schedules may include rotating weekends, primarily weekend shifts, or minimal weekend requirements. This position is ideal for an adaptable LDRP RN who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting different facilities as needed. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients. Manage patients throughout labor and delivery. Provide postpartum care for mothers and newborns. Perform and interpret fetal monitoring. Support safe delivery and recovery processes. Provide patient and family education. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic. Float between Samaritan Health Services facilities as assigned. Adapt to changing patient volumes, units, and staffing needs. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient-safety standards. Required Qualifications Current, active and unencumbered Oregon RN License required at submission. Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience .

Labor management Delivery care Fetal monitoring Postpartum care of mother and newborn BLS

AHA ACLS NRP NIHSS
Epic proficiency High school diploma or equivalent verification required. Must have reliable access to a personal automobile . Must be able to travel between multiple points of care. Flexibility to float between facilities is required. #HC1
Pay:
$85.00
•$95.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
