3 Description American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Hospice position supporting an EMR transition to HCHB PointCare, requiring at least one year of Home Health Hospice experience and serving as a preceptor during go-live. Details Hospice care setting supporting Home Health clinicians during an EMR system transition Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend requirements Includes three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site implementation support Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday Clinicians will serve as preceptors providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during go-live Minimal bedside care expected outside of potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Active RN license required Oregon license pending is acceptable At least one year of Home Health Hospice experience required HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others Additional Information Gain hands-on experience with HCHB implementation, precepting, and AI-supported clinical tools Serve as a resource and mentor to staff and fellow travelers during the transition to a new EMR system No RTO accepted for this short contract First time travelers may be considered depending on experience level
