Salary:
$305,218+ annually for full-time (gross); part-time pay to be discussed
Pay & Benefits:
Base rate: $305,218 gross/year for full-time (95% of experience range) Relocation assistance (if applicable) Comprehensive benefits including 6% match, PTO, CME allowance, licensing support, paid interview expenses Onsite wellness, employee health clinic, onsite childcare
Certifications:
Board Certified CRNA, Clean malpractice history, Valid license, NPDB self-query What You'll Do Provide independent anesthesia care across a busy surgical department in a Level III trauma hospital Administer anesthesia and related care for diverse cases (excluding heads/hearts, healthy pediatrics) Perform various blocks and anesthesia procedures Collaborate with physicians and fellow CRNAs in a team setting Participate in shared call schedule with post-call day off and weekends off Practice independently following state statutes and hospital policies Adhere to medical bylaws and standards of care
What You Need Required:
Oregon CRNA license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Anesthesia 1+ years anesthesia experience Clean malpractice background Ability to pass background checks and credentialing
