This unit is dedicated to caring for patients who are moderately stable but at an elevated risk for instability, requiring your expertise in advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions. As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care and influencing care strategies for acutely ill patients Utilizing advanced monitoring techniques and performing thorough assessments Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Requirements for this role include: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications PCU and basic EKG experience preferred Verification of high school diploma or equivalent Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
