Key Responsibilities:

× Taking calls from the facility. × Hold delegations, perform assessments for new admissions, and change of condition for existing residents. × Establish, promote, train, and maintain nursing systems. Perform audits to determine that appropriate systems are in place and being used correctly. × RN must be able to work well with others who are of various cultures and ethnic and educational backgrounds. × She/he must be self-directed, be able to work autonomously and to function with a high level of professionalism in a changing team environment. × The successful candidate must have a well-established ability to teach and train others effectively.
