LPNs & RNs Wanted | Starting at $42/hr (LPN) & $50/hr (RN) | $5/hr NOC Differential | Milwaukie, OR We get it. Skilled nursing is demanding. We're looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who enjoy taking care of people and working alongside a strong team. Our building has an active rehab program, long-term care residents who become like family, and coworkers who genuinely help each other out. We believe good teamwork makes tough shifts easier, and we work hard to create a place where people enjoy coming to work. We're a busy skilled nursing facility, so there's always something happening. But even though our building stays active, we're tucked away on a quiet street in Milwaukie, making it a surprisingly peaceful place to work. What You'll Be Doing No two shifts are exactly alike, but you can expect to:
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with providers
  • Partner with therapy, dietary, social services, and other departments to provide exceptional resident care
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families What We're Looking For
  • Current Oregon LPN or RN license
