Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in Oregon (or compact state eligibility) Minimum 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Comfort with adapting to new EMRs and protocols Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective perioperative patient care Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate needs and ensure an optimal outcome Maintain rigorous sterility and infection control measures Support circulating and scrub nurse roles as needed Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
