Competitive pay based on experience $2,000 sign-on bonus Flexible full-time and part-time schedules Meaningful, relationship-based work Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to lead, mentor, and advocate for others Mission-focused organization committed to dignity, inclusion, and empowerment What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care and oversight for individuals receiving residential and vocational support services Monitor and assess health conditions and implement Nursing Plans of Care as needed Coordinate medical appointments, physician communications, and ongoing healthcare services Train and support staff in delegated nursing tasks and treatments Ensure compliance with Oregon nursing standards, OAR regulations, and organizational policies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and health records Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and support individualized care planning Serve as a clinical leader who promotes teamwork, accountability, and high-quality care What We're Looking For Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of five years of nursing experience required Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, guardians, and healthcare providers Commitment to confidentiality, inclusion, and compassionate care Valid Oregon driver's license and proof of insurance Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening Schedule & Work Environment This position may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours depending on program needs. Work is primarily indoors within residential and support service settings where flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.
