Public Health Nurse (Community Health Services)

Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Nurse in Community Health Services, providing prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care in a comprehensive, community-focused organization. Position offers a salary range of $41.66-$51.03 DOE, with up to $10,000 relocation assistance, a $7,000 hiring bonus, bilingual pay, health benefits, retirement plans, PTO, and holidays. Responsibilities include client assessments, developing and coordinating care plans, conducting home and office visits, providing health education, and mentoring staff and students. Qualifications include a Nursing Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, RN licensure, BLS certification within 90 days, bilingual in English/Spanish, and relevant clinical experience.
