Skills Extensive critical care experience with a strong background in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or ICU settings. Experience working within Level I Trauma Centers or Level II Trauma Centers, demonstrating advanced trauma management skills. Proven expertise in infectious disease care, post-acute care coordination, and discharge planning processes. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques essential for comprehensive patient assessment. Skilled in utilization management, case management strategies, and managed care principles to ensure efficient resource use. Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient clinical environments including pediatrics (PICU), geriatrics, behavioral health, and medical-surgical units. Strong communication skills for effective intake procedures, medical records documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
