RN Staff Educator and Quality Assurance This role is a Monday-Friday role with an on call weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff Incorporate commercially produced instruction material and training aids into existing in-service programs as deemed necessary Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs of the facility Develop, evaluate, and control the quality of in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures Secure, develop, and maintain records, reports, instructional manuals, reference materials, etc., pertinent to in-service educational programs

Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience as an RN Staff Educator and Quality Assurance, Supervisor, or a similar role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #PH2024
