Full Time Pay:

$36 to $40 per hour based on experience, plus performance bonus About Us Face to Face Spa Bethlehem (formerly Ideal Image) is a medical aesthetics practice under new local ownership. We are rebuilding a location with an established patient base of over 16,000 historical patients, a full suite of premium devices, and a membership program that keeps patients returning on a predictable schedule. We are building a professional, team first culture with real support for clinical staff. About the Role We are seeking an experienced aesthetic nurse to lead our injectable services and support our laser and device treatments. You will care for our existing injectable patients from day one and grow that base through our patient database and membership program. You will work under the oversight of our Medical Director. Responsibilities Perform neurotoxin (Botox) and dermal filler (Juvéderm, SkinVive, Kybella) treatments with precision, safety, and natural results Provide continuity of care for our established injectable patients Conduct consultations, assess goals, and build individualized treatment plans Introduce patients to Botox Renewal and Juvéderm maintenance memberships where appropriate Perform or support device treatments after training, including BBL, Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, and laser hair removal Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation and consent for every visit Follow all medical director protocols, safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Educate patients on aftercare and realistic outcomes, and manage follow up and touch ups Partner with front desk and clinical staff to deliver a seamless patient experience Requirements Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing (NP or PA also considered) Minimum 1 year of hands on experience injecting neurotoxins and dermal fillers Documented training in neurotoxin and filler administration Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection technique, and complication management Excellent consultation and communication skills Laser or energy device experience preferred Must be available to work every other weekend What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonus An established injectable patient base from day one, plus a large patient database and active membership program to grow it Health, dental, and paid time off 50% employee discount on services and products (excludes Botox) Ongoing manufacturer training and Allē program support Structured onboarding with a formal review at 30 to 90 days Direct access to ownership and a voice in how the practice grows
