AS A REGISTERED NURSE

(RN), you'll be relied upon to provide total nursing care within the Penn Highlands Brookville Medical/Surgical Unit. We provide round-the-clock coverage and deliver care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will need to effectively interact and communicate with patients, significant others and all other health care team members while maintaining established standards of Professional Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS

: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required Previous experience in Acute Care, Med/Surg, or telemetry required Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS, and Comprehensive Crisis Management Certifications preferred Ability to work flexible hours including weekend and holidays required Ability to pass Criminal Background Check required 13 week contract (can be extended) No benefits such as paid time off, sick time, medical insurance coverage, etc.

Scheduling:

Rotating shifts (6a-6p; 6p-6a), every other weekend and holiday
