Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Full Time and PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive health care and emergency services to employees and contractors. This role includes minor health care, emergency response, medical record management, and additional support services, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Clearance Requirement:
Secret security clearance (T3 or T3R eligibility, within investigation scope and/or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation/Vetting) or the ability to obtain one.

•Key Responsibilities (not all inclusive): 1. Minor Health Care Services Assess, treat, counsel, and refer patients for minor illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis. Furnish and maintain standard medical examination furniture, appliances, and equipment (e.g., exam chairs/tables, refrigerators, thermometers). Maintain and dispense first-aid supplies (bandages, dressings, PPE, etc.), over-the-counter medications (aspirin, Benadryl, eye drops, etc.), and emergency medications (EpiPens, Narcan, nitroglycerin, etc.). Monitor blood pressure, glucose, and assist with prescribed injections as needed. 2. Emergency Response, First Aid, and CPR Respond to medical emergencies within the facility. Assess situations and administer first aid/care until emergency response personnel (ambulance) arrive. 3. Medical Record Creation, Storage, and Management Create, store, and manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA. Ensure physical storage (dual locked protection) and electronic storage of records. 4. Additional Services Provide lactation support services and maintain lactation rooms. Participate in emergency planning activities as required. Prepare and submit monthly utilization reports (number of people utilizing the facility and services, no PII required). Support contemplation rooms and manage clearances/unescorted access as needed. 5. Reporting and Compliance Administer patient surveys for every patient seeking care. Submit required reports and documentation in accordance with contract requirements. Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license and certification to provide healthcare and medical response services in Pennsylvania. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (T3 level or higher). Completion of required training within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. Experience in emergency response, first aid, and minor health care services preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills. Proficiency in maintaining medical records (physical and electronic) in compliance with HIPAA.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays and facility closures. Occasional coverage during vacations, sick leave, or as required.
Physical and Security Requirements:
Must be a U.S. person. Must comply with all security, safety, and privacy protocols. Must wear identification badges and comply with facility access procedures.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Project Manager and coordinates with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Pay:
$38.54 - $42.41 per hour
