THE ASSIGNMENT

Provide essential registered nursing care within a secure correctional healthcare environment in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, responding appropriately to changes in condition, providing nursing care within the correctional setting, and managing multiple clinical priorities independently. This assignment requires correctional experience or experience working in a similar high-pressure healthcare environment, along with strong assessment and response skills.

Experience working in corrections or a similar high-pressure environment

Strong assessment and response skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Ability to pass required background check and drug screening

REQUIRED

Ability to work the 6:00 AM-2:30 PM day shift

REQUIRED

Preferred At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in corrections, mental health, or emergency settings Prior mental health or behavioral health nursing experience Knowledge of correctional facility protocols Bilingual abilities BLS or ACLS certification
