Job Description
Seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care for part-time, in-person work in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation settings in Harrisburg, PA. Provide comprehensive pulmonary services, including managing respiratory conditions, ventilator therapies, tracheostomy care, and patient admissions/discharges. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, interpret diagnostics, and educate patients/families on respiratory management. Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions. Requirements include an active APRN license, Master's degree, 3+ years nursing experience (including tracheostomy/long-term care), BLS/ACLS, and ability to work independently.
