Nursing Home / Long-Term Care Job Summary AMX Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time evening position at a nursing home in Grove City, Pennsylvania . This hands-on nursing role focuses on providing quality resident care, monitoring changes in condition, and coordinating with the care team to support residents' health, comfort, and dignity. The position is well suited for an RN who enjoys building relationships with residents while bringing sound clinical judgment and clear communication to each shift. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care: Complete nursing assessments, monitor residents' conditions, and deliver care according to individualized care plans and provider orders.

Administer medications and treatments:

Follow established procedures, monitor residents' responses, and maintain accurate medication and treatment records.

Recognize and communicate changes:

Identify changes in residents' physical, cognitive, or emotional status and promptly notify the appropriate provider or nursing leadership.

Coordinate resident care:

Work with LPNs, CNAs, and other team members, providing direction and follow-up on assigned care needs.

Maintain documentation and continuity:

Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes, and provide thorough shift-to-shift reports.

Promote safety and dignity:

Follow infection prevention practices, support fall prevention efforts, and communicate respectfully with residents and their families. Qualifications An active RN license valid for practice in Pennsylvania and current BLS/CPR certification. Previous experience in a nursing home, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting preferred. Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and time-management skills. Availability to work 2:00 PM-10:30 PM on a full-time basis , including every other weekend .
