Registered Nurse RN position: Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology Current Pennsylvania Licensure as a Registered Nurse What you'll do as aRegistered Nurse RN:
As a Registered Nurse RN, you'll be at the heart of this mission.- Perform thorough assessments of residents to identify concerns and support effective nursing care planning and evaluation.
- Guarantee that all documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and easy to read.
- Manage physician orders and assist with the required paperwork and referrals to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Foster proactive and professional communication with residents and their families about changes in conditions, incidents, and resolutions.
- Supervise the quality of care delivered on the unit, including monitoring Nurse Aide documentation, providing coaching and support, and addressing staffing requirements.
