Lily & Oak Wellness Spa is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness spa on the Main Line, located in the heart of Haverford. After nearly a decade serving the community, we're under new ownership and in an exciting growth phase

• new services, new memberships, new ads, a refreshed brand, and a wave of new clients discovering us every week.

We deliver medical-grade results in a warm, non-clinical environment, offering injectables, HydraFacial, laser treatments, IV infusion, and SkinPen microneedling alongside wellness services. We're looking for a skilled injector who wants to grow or bring their own patient following in a supportive, beautifully run environment. If you're building your book, working part-time elsewhere, returning to practice, or simply want an alternative to a high-volume med spa, this is a chance to practice with real support behind you.

THE ROLE

As one of our Aesthetic Nurse Injectors, you'll deliver safe, artful injectable treatments and build lasting relationships with patients. You'll work under the standing protocols and oversight of our Medical Director. We can flex to what fits you

• a light set schedule (around 10-15 hours a week) or an on-demand "come in when you're booked" arrangement
• with room to grow as your book grows. A commission ladder that climbs as you do
• your percentage steps up as your production grows, so the book you build pays you, not just us. Flexibility that fits a book-builder
• set your own pace, come in when your patients do, and scale up as you grow. Marketing wind at your back
• we're actively investing in SEO, website, meta ads, and lead generation to help fill your chair. A beautiful, elevated Main Line space you'll be proud to bring your patients to
• plus autonomy and a direct line to ownership.

COMPENSATION

We pay an hourly base plus a commission that steps up as your production grows

• so the more you build, the larger your share becomes. $25
• 35/hour base for scheduled and booked hours, depending on experience and credentials 10% of your personal production (after product cost) up to $4,000/month 25% from $4,000 to $10,000/month 35% above $10,000/month For a booked injector, that works out to roughly $45
• 65/hour effective , and the commission is uncapped
• strong months go higher.

Commission is paid monthly.

CLINICAL & PATIENT CARE

Perform neuromodulator (Botox/Dysport /Jeuveau), dermal filler, and Sculptra collagen-biostimulator treatments with a natural, aesthetically refined approach Administer additional injectable and medical aesthetic services within your scope and our protocols (e.g., microneedling, IV infusion, vitamin shots, laser, will be adding weight-management injectables) Conduct thorough consultations, facial assessments, and personalized treatment planning Obtain informed consent and before/after photos, document accurately, and follow all medical, safety, and sanitation protocols Manage patient follow-up, aftercare, and any post-treatment concerns with professionalism and care Work within PA scope-of-practice and Medical Director oversight requirements at all times

PRACTICE GROWTH

Build and retain a loyal patient following through excellent outcomes and relationships Recommend treatment plans, packages, and memberships that genuinely fit each patient Rebook patients for maintenance and support strong retention Collaborate with our social media consultant on content that showcases your work

• before/after photography (with patient consent), treatment education, and event coverage Maintain an active, professional presence on your own channels to support the practice and grow your following

TEAM & EVENTS

Represent Lily & Oak at private and corporate events hosted at the spa Keep treatment rooms and product clean, stocked, compliant, and guest-ready Contribute to a positive and collaborative team

WHO YOU ARE

Active Pennsylvania RN or Nurse Practitioner license (required)

• current and in good standing Injectable experience strongly preferred (Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers); we'll consider a newer injector with formal aesthetic injection training and the right aptitude Available for special events a few times a month (required)
• typically Weds/Thurs/Fri evenings (5-8 PM) or Saturday afternoons (2-5 PM) Open to a light set schedule (~10
• 12 hrs/week) or an on-demand "come in when booked" arrangement A strong aesthetic eye and a natural, patient-first approach
• never over-treating Warm, professional, and confident recommending treatments, products, and memberships without being pushy Meticulous about safety, documentation, and compliance Bonus points:

BLS/ACLS

certification, experience with Booker/Mindbody, an established patient following, or social media comfort

SCHEDULE

Flexible and part-time

• we can build this around you. Either a light set schedule of around 10-12 hours a week (open Mon-Sat, with shift options of 10 AM-3 PM or 1-6 PM), or an on-demand "come in when you're booked" arrangement. Availability for special events a few times a month is required
• typically Weds/Thurs/Fri evenings (5-8 PM) or Saturday afternoons (2-5 PM).
