m.-7:30 a.m. ( 3x12hrs )- One weekend per month commitment, with the same weekend assigned in each six-week schedule. New leadership has fostered a positive, community-focused culture, bringing the team together as one cohesive unit. Recent patient experience scores have reached 95% There are team leaders on off shifts to help support the staff. Better support with staffing, lower number of patients to treat compared to other step-down / PCU units!
