Days Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to conduct veteran disability and separation assessments in an outpatient setting. This role offers flexibility to set your own schedule, ideal for work-life balance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform structured health history reviews and physical exams Document findings and functional impacts using standardized templates Review relevant medical records (no ongoing primary care or prescribing) Complete thorough, timely assessment reports
Qualifications, Experience & Licensure:
Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active Pennsylvania NP license (FNP or AGNP) No prior Veterans/Disability assessment experience required; new graduates welcome
