Pay:
$45.00 to $60.00 an hour based on experience. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , Full Time and Part Time, Second and Third Shift Tessera is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for second shift and third shift. Full time and part time openings are both available.Pay:
$25.00 to $35.00 an hour based on experience. Responsibilities Nursing assessments and health screenings at admission and throughout treatment. Medication administration and Medication Administration Record (MAR) documentation, including storage, security, and counts of controlled substances. Vital signs and ongoing health monitoring, including symptoms that persist or return after withdrawal management. Response to medical and behavioral emergencies, and coordination of transfer when a resident needs a higher level of care. Nursing documentation, shift report and handoff, treatment team meetings, and case reviews. Resident and family education on medications, health, and recovery. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or medical provider, within the Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice. Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license. At least one year of nursing experience. Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Able to clear the Pennsylvania criminal background, child abuse, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) checks required for employees who work with minors. Preferred Behavioral health, substance use, psychiatric, pediatric, or adolescent nursing experience. Experience in a residential or inpatient behavioral health setting.
