Seeking Registered Nurse for a small 50 bed facility in rural Manheim, PA. Staffing on the evening shift is as follows, for 50 residents: 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 5 CNAs. Mt Hope works diligently to maintain our 5 staff rating. Work Remotely No The registered nurse is responsible for managing the residents' health plan and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities during the shift in accordance with State and Federal regulations and facility policies and procedures. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staff. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse coordinates all aspects of resident care. The R.N provides the knowledge and skill set necessary to provide care in an optimistic, encouraging, directing and a "team" environment.
