Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Contract Experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses with a background in Telemetry are invited to support patient care within a dynamic medical team. This role focuses on providing direct and attentive care to individuals requiring cardiac monitoring, continuous assessment, and proactive clinical intervention.
Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Previous experience working in a Telemetry unit required Strong clinical assessment and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills Proficient in telemetry equipment and monitoring BLS and ACLS certification (current) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergent situations
Expected Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying changes or abnormalities promptly Record and communicate vital signs and pertinent patient information to care teams Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records Coordinate and collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care Educate patients and their families on condition management and care plans Ensure a safe, supportive, and responsive environment for all patients
