Job Description
Our client is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support their Human Resources team during a temporary leave of absence. This part-time opportunity will focus on the administration and maintenance of the organization's Paycom HRIS platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Paycom experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

Free Onsite Parking Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Paycom HRIS platform.
- Maintain employee records, system configurations, workflows, and user access within Paycom.
- Audit HR data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and leadership requests.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Paycom support as needed.
- Assist with workflow improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization.
- Support employee and manager inquiries regarding Paycom functionality and access.
- Maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Support ongoing HR operations through effective system management and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous Paycom administration experience required.
- 2+ years of
HRIS, HR
Operations, or HR Systems Administration experience.- Strong understanding of HRIS data management, reporting, and system maintenance.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing HR data.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time environment.
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
