This position includes three 12-hour shifts per week , with rotating weekends and holidays . We welcome both experienced nurses and graduate nurses —apply today to grow your career with UPMC. Paid Time Off :

Up to $6,000 per year Available for employees and dependents Includes discounts and no-cost RN-to-BSN/MSN options Position Summary The Staff Nurse (RN or GN) is a key member of the care delivery team, responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role includes accountability for clinical decision-making , care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Staff Nurse supports patients and families across the care continuum while developing leadership and professional practice skills.
